Questions you may have

Once I enter the waitlist, what happens?

Congratulations, you're one step closer to setting up a system, so your business doesn't drain you.

Our team looks into your product portfolio and social media page for primary screening. Don't worry, your follower count is not a factor here!

If your designs are original and not sold by several other resellers, you have higher chances of being approved. Once the primary screening is completed, our team coordinates with you for subsequent steps.

How does Sashel help my brand?

As a vendor on Sashel, we ensure you get more visibility, engagement and smooth operations on top of offloading the hard parts from you.

  1. No more "setting-up-the-website" stress because we got a kickass platform right here for you - fully set up.
Say bye to your overflowing inbox, repeated story resharing for product boosts and depending on reels alone to make a sale.
  2. Picking the right logistics partner is as important as selling a good product. We partner with our Third Party Logistics partner, Shiprocket, to get you the best service from multiple courier services. Everything from invoice, labels and pickup orders is handled for you.
  3. You go from doing it all - product development, marketing, shoots, customer relationship, payments, tech, delivery and complaints - to doing what matters the most: the products you sell. You focus on perfecting the product, shooting and posting them, we take care of the rest.
  4. We improve your chances of making a sale through smooth operations and our exclusive Sashel Wall - a feed of user-generated content that helps potential audience make a more informed decision.

What's the catch?

There is none but one.

We collect a nominal amount as commission on the sale you've made through Sashel, to account for the costs incurred in courier delivery as well as ensuring smooth operations of the platform. However, we operate on a zero-listing fee policy! So pay us only if you find us useful.

Sashel only allows listing non-precious jewellery like brass, fabric, stainless steel, terracotta etc.

The vendor needs to adhere to the COD and return rules enforced by Sashel. This ensures more sales, better customer relationship and lesser friction in a market that's highly competitive.

I sell hand-crafted products. Can I sell on Sashel?

Absolutely!

Hand-crafted products could be crafted after the order is received. Customizability options, if any, should be informed to the team during product listing. It will be added as a user input field.
All options of customizability should have their own display photo since the buyer would not be chatting to align on the customization, but would directly be placing the order.
